At Packer Shoes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day window for returns on eligible, unworn merchandise in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for a refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shoebox and place them inside a secondary shipping box to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
